About me

My inner desire to understand nature and its creatures in all their wisdom has led me to travel to many places where I could experience myself in the depths of the water and the heights of the mountains. Likewise did I met deep inner darkness and pain on my personal path, and this path offered me wonderful opportunities to find the essence and horizons within myself. I have experienced that healing and strength come from walking my that unique path, that my soul is meant to walk.

I see a beautiful gift in accompany and supporting each other on these very personal paths.

I studied ecology and biology in Cologne, my home town. My work in various areas of nature conservation left me disoriented as I realized, that the change of our society's approach to natures values will not necessarily happen only in such areas, and it was not until I became more and more involved with shamanism that I understood that self-respect and self-love are the basis for treating oneself and all living beings with respect and love. So I knew where my path was leading me and I was able to start helping others to open these doors.

My work is inspired by all these experiences and all the teachers whose medicine I have been able to receive and who have shaped me. The biggest lesson for me is motherhood.
